- In a large mug, mix together mashed banana, egg, melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract.
- Add almond flour, baking powder, and cinnamon to the mug, and mix until well combined.
- Microwave on high for 5 minutes.
- Allow to cool slightly and enjoy!
Notes
- Experiment with mix ins like chocolate chips, blueberries, diced strawberries, or raisins (depending on baby's or toddler's age)
- Making this in the oven? Use an oven safe dish and preheat oven to 350 F or 175 C. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Flour substitution: Use all-purpose flour but decrease the amount to 1/4 cup. INCREASE baking powder to 1 teaspoon.
