Method
- Preheat oven to 350 F (175 C).
- In a pie dish or medium sized casserole dish, mash one ripe banana with a fork.
- Add the rest of the ingredients to the dish and mix well.
- Place the dish uncovered in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
- Allow baked oatmeal to cook slightly, serve, and enjoy!
Notes
- Feel free to use more or less blueberries, depending on how many you like in your baked oatmeal
- For anyone over 12 months of age, feel free to add a honey drizzle over the finished plated baked oatmeal. It is a delicious combination and adds a touch of sweetness!
- You can use a flax egg to replace the egg if necessary.
- Any dairy free milk will work.
