Method
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Grease a standard pie dish with olive oil or butter.
- Crack 6 eggs into the dish and whisk.
- Add Greek yogurt and mix until combined.
- Add feta. Feel free to add more or less depending on your preference. Mix.
- Place pie dish in the oven uncovered for 15-20 minutes, or until the eggs are set in the middle.
- Cool slightly and enjoy!
Notes
- Feel free to substitute the feta with another type of cheese that you prefer.
- Add diced veggies or spinach into the mixture before cooking for a nutrient boost.
- Omitting the Greek yogurt will still work, but might be less creamy with a different texture.
