Easy Feta Fritatta

Easy and flavorful protein packed breakfast. Delicious feta with the tang from plain whole milk Greek yogurt. Safe and nutritious for babies and toddlers!

  • pie dish

Ingredients
  

  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 cup plain whole milk Greek yogurt
  • 1/2-3/4 cup feta cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Grease a standard pie dish with olive oil or butter.
  • Crack 6 eggs into the dish and whisk.
  • Add Greek yogurt and mix until combined.
  • Add feta. Feel free to add more or less depending on your preference. Mix.
  • Place pie dish in the oven uncovered for 15-20 minutes, or until the eggs are set in the middle.
  • Cool slightly and enjoy!

Notes

  • Feel free to substitute the feta with another type of cheese that you prefer.
  • Add diced veggies or spinach into the mixture before cooking for a nutrient boost.
  • Omitting the Greek yogurt will still work, but might be less creamy with a different texture.
